Ali Rivera-Piloni is an executive mortgage banker with Quicken Loans/Rock Financial, Michigan’s largest mortgage company and America’s largest online mortgage lender. Rivera-Piloni began her career with Rock Financial as an assistant mortgage banker after serving a four-year tour in the U.S. Air Force and receiving an honorable discharge. She immediately launched her quest to make a difference in the Hispanic Community with her home loan expertise and bilingual ability. Through her last 10+ years with the company, she has developed a passion for the intricacies of home and personal finance and has helped thousands of families in realizing their own personal goals of homeownership while advancing to the level of Executive Mortgage banker, President’s Club.
Ali has been the principal driver in Rock Financial’s initiative to develop new business supporting the Hispanic Community. As the Hispanic Spokesperson for the company, she has led initiatives through several organizations targeted at Hispanic education and personal advancement. Ali currently heads a Hispanic division within the Company, which focuses on providing its full range of services, in Spanish and coordinating philanthropic activities in the Hispanic community.

What happens when you come to Rock Financial with big goals and the passion to achieve them? You make a difference in the lives of a lot of people. Just ask Mortgage Banker, Ali Piloni. Ali came to Rock Financial in 1998—the same year she launched her quest to make a difference in the Hispanic Community with her home loan expertise, bilingual ability and the support of her Rock Financial team. “I wanted to help Hispanics achieve the American dream of home ownership. When I went to my Team Leader about wanting to help the Hispanic Community, he said ‘tell us what support you need’ and then helped me do it.”
Since her start, Ali has worked hard to help the Hispanic Community achieve their own dreams—translating for people who qualify for loans but were struggling with a language barrier, offering credit score workshops and spreading the word about Rock job opportunities. She appears on Univision talk shows to discuss home ownership, and speaks on professional panels at colleges about her successful career as a Mortgage Banker. “I talk about the culture, and reiterate what I’ve learned by working here—to grow and learn, and encourage others to grow and learn with me.”
Thanks to Ali’s efforts, Rock Financial has been named “Corporation of the Year” from the National Society of Hispanic MBAs and received the “Prestigious Corporation of the Year” award by the Hispanic Business Alliance. “Coming to Rock Financial and knowing that there were no limits—no boundaries—on my ideas and where I wanted to take my business…that’s what is motivating and exciting about working here.” Says, Ali. “If there are no limits, why stop?” |
